Thesis supervision

He transfers his research experience to the civil engineering and architecture students in terms of teaching, MSc and PhD thesis supervision.

Supervised (and co-supervised) of 40+ Master theses in the topics of topology optimization of steel joints, reparable buildings with dissipative connections, fabrication using laser cutting technology, additive manufacturing (3D Printing), machine learning (ANN, CNN, multi-objective genetic algorithm, surrogate modeling), sustainable structures, life cycle analysis, full-scale experimentation on the concentrically braced frames, ductility of bracing joints, seismic retrofitting of industrial silos.
